Shipping and Returns
For shipping, we use AustraliaPost ExpressPost satchels. The cost of postage will be determined by the weight of the parcel. This is automatically calculated on checkout. From time to time some heavier or extra long deliveries may need be dispatched via couriers such as TNT or Fastway Couriers.
Alternatively we offer free click and collect in our Yagoona showroom.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
Orders usually ship within 1-2 days business days. Orders placed on the weekend will not be shipped until the following Monday.
We offer a 30 day free returns in store for any products due to a change of mind related reason as long as the item is unused and in the same condition. You will however need to organise return shipping at your own cost. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
For faulty products, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work on a resolution whether a replacement or refund is required.
