Can I access my previous orders from your old platform?

Please make an account with the same email address. Once that is done we'll be able to import the old orders through.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to New Zealand but will be expanding to other destinations soon.

I'm looking for something not listed can you help?

We certainly can. We have contacts and sources to get hard to find products. We'll organise shipping too. Contact us for more information.

The item I want is out of stock, can you get more of it in?

We can definitely look into ordering it in. However if its not on the way already there may be a 4-6 week shipping timeframe. If it requires production this may take 3-4 months.

I'm purchasing for a school or company. Can we make an account with you?

We offer 30 day accounts for schools and companies. For schools a valid purchase order is all we need to get it started. For companies we can create an account through email.
