for size 16 pin and socket contacts installed in MIL-C-5015, 
MIL-C-26482, MIL-C-26500 and MIL-C-83723 front release 
circular connectors. Equivalent to Flight Connector 716-1227-000 
and ITT-Cannon CET-FRF-16.
