These HSS Tap & Drill Bit allow you to drill and tap a hole at the same time. They feature a combination hex shank and metric tap for use on mild steel, aluminum, copper etc.
Suitable for use with a reversible speed hand drill and can also be used on aluminium extrusions. For best results drill a pilot hole.
M6x1 drill & tap bit suit pre-drilled hole should be 5mm.
M8x1.25 drill & tap bit suit pre-drilled hole should be 6.8mm.
