Description
This hardware kit allows you to build a Moxon vice of various widths you can choose.
Suitable for dimensions of wooden jaws about 40 x 140 x 500mm. Max. opening 130mm. Mounts on any workbench with holdfast or F-clamps.
The kit includes:
2x Cast Iron or Plastic Hand Wheels (100mm or 125mm)2x Acme threaded rods- M16, M18 or TR20 (220mm, 250mm, 300mm or 500mm)4x Nuts4x Washers1x Instructions (Digital Copy Here)Optional Springs are now available to add an extra touch to your Moxon Vice. These fit over the threaded rods and push back the front jaw as the vice is loosened. You will however need to create a recess on the back of the front jaws to accommodate the springs when the vice is fully closed.
